- Product orders or refunds. Hearing Calm Guide doesn't sell products — we review them. If you ordered NeuroQuiet (or any other product covered here), please contact the manufacturer directly through the order confirmation email or their official customer service. Refund requests must go through the original retailer.
- Personal medical advice. We're a review site, not a clinic. Tinnitus and hearing concerns should be discussed with a qualified audiologist or ENT.
